Congratulations to the all the competitors who participated in the May 18, 2008 Invitational tournament! All the fights were great and everyone had a good time. PIMA thanks the schools that visited Jersey City for the fights and we hope to see you again at our next event!

The vibrant and fascinating Cebu City will host the 10th WEKAF World Championship, FMA World Cup, and Doce Pares World Championship, while the capital city of Manila will have its own invitational tournament. Grandmaster Arnulfo "Dong" Cuesta |
 Though recently promoted to the rank of Grandmaster, GM Dong still prefers to be called Guro. Guro has been training in the Multi-Style System of Doce Pares since the age of 13 and founded PIMA Academy in 1981. He has been the sparring partner and personal student of Dionisio "Diony" Cañete, Filemon "Momoy" Cañete, and Ciriaco "Cacoy" Cañete, some of the best known Eskrimadors in the Philippines.
